We aim to process and ship all confirmed orders within 48 hours.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-volume periods may take additional time to process.
Delivery Timelines
Normal Delivery: 7-10 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Delivery: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Priority Delivery: 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. Charges may vary depending on the delivery option selected, delivery location, order value, product size, or product weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.
Multiple Shipments
As The Simple Things features products from multiple brands, items from the same order may be shipped separately. In such cases, separate tracking details may be shared for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delayed or Failed Delivery
If a delivery is delayed, we will help coordinate with the courier partner wherever possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, remote locations, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
